Direct answers to the questions owners ask.

Plain, specific answers on leads, cost, AI, systems and working with us. Each one is short by design, with a link to the full detail.

i.

Leads and cost

What is an exclusive lead?

An exclusive lead is generated for one agency or brokerage only and is never resold. The prospect asked to hear from you, so contact rates, show rates and close rates are materially higher than with shared leads.

Exclusive versus shared leads →

Are exclusive leads worth more than shared leads?

Usually, yes, once you measure cost per policy or cost per funded loan rather than cost per lead. A shared lead is sold to several agents at once, so a lower price is often outweighed by lower contact and close rates.

How to evaluate a lead source →

What should an insurance lead cost?

It depends on the line, the state and how qualified the lead is. Our partners’ exclusive insurance leads have ranged from $4.72 to $9.06 per lead; the more useful figure is what each written policy costs you end to end.

What should a mortgage lead cost a brokerage?

Judge mortgage leads on cost per funded loan, not cost per lead, because loan size varies so widely. One partner brokerage funded 11 loans averaging $418K from 38 applications in 90 days.

What a mortgage lead should cost →

Do you sell leads?

No. We build an acquisition system inside your own accounts, which generates exclusive demand for your agency or brokerage alone. Nothing is resold.

AI

How is AI used in insurance lead generation?

AI responds to every new lead within seconds, asks your qualifying questions by text, and books qualified prospects onto the right licensed agent’s calendar. It handles the work agents avoid; a licensed human still advises and closes.

Custom AI →

Will AI replace my agents or loan officers?

No. AI qualifies, books, reminds and reactivates. Licensed professionals give advice, quote and close. The aim is more selling time per agent, not fewer agents.

Where AI belongs in an agency →

Is AI texting compliant?

It can be, when it is designed with consent capture, contact-hour limits, required disclosures, opt-out handling and a firm rule against advice that requires a licence. We build those guardrails before the first conversation.

How we build guardrails →
iii.

Systems and speed

What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is the time between a prospect submitting an inquiry and receiving a meaningful response. Shorter times produce higher contact rates, and a system, not extra staff, is what keeps it consistently short.

Speed to lead is a systems problem →

What is a client-acquisition system?

It is the full chain from demand to booked appointment: campaigns, funnels, qualification, routing, CRM automation, AI follow-up and reporting, built to work together. Ours is called Built to Scale™.

Built to Scale™ →

How do I improve my appointment show rate?

Confirm instantly, remind by text at set intervals, make rescheduling easy and route no-shows into follow-up automatically. One refinance brokerage moved from a 43% to an 81% show rate once automated nurture went live.

Show rate, explained →

Should I own my marketing accounts?

Yes. Ad accounts, audiences, CRM data and automations are years of learning; held in a vendor’s accounts, they leave when the vendor does. Every system we build is in our partners’ accounts from day one.

Why you should own your system →

Do you work with Medicare agencies and FMOs?

Yes. We build compliant acquisition and booking systems for Medicare agencies, including routing across a downline, with capacity planned ahead of the Annual Enrollment Period.

Medicare →

Do you work with individual loan officers?

No. We work with mortgage brokerages that have a team of loan officers, because the system is designed around routing, capacity and shared reporting.

Mortgage →

Which insurance lines do you work in?

Health, Medicare, home and auto, and commercial lines. Each has its own qualification rules, funnels and compliance requirements.

Do you work with competing agencies in the same area?

Area exclusivity →
